Tahoe - skiing
Even though I have been skiing several times in my lifetime I am known by my husband as the worlds slowest skier. This combined with a caution that has come with motherhood and age gave me a little less confidence than I was wanting going into our recent ski geared vacation. So I was thrilled when my dad said he had set up a lesson for the 2 of us.
We took it pretty slow the first day, but by day 2 we were skiing with the group. There were 15 of us that went to Tahoe, including 3 kiddos, and the majority of us skied.
This is the amazing view as you ride down the lift. That's right, ride down! unless you want to ski the black that sits under the lift. We DON'T ski black (by we I mean my dad and I, because Pete did ski this.)

2007. A year in review
Thought I would share some highlights from the past year. Enjoy.
January
January always brings some much needed naps.
February
The boys and I took a road trip to Florida with my parents and Pete headed for Kenya.
March
Campbell turned 2! And spring came- so pretty, but
very bad allergies.
April
Wilson is 4!
May
It warmed up and we headed outside. This is the boys playing in a bucket of water on my parents back porch. A bucket of water can be lots of fun.
June
The church anniversary and a girl trip with my mom's family.
July
the 4th.
August
All the Loibner cousins together in NLR.
It was a week long party.
September
Razorback Games
October
Leaves changing, Castle Bluff, to Stuttgaurt, Camping, Halloween-
October was good.
November
In November I had the pleasure of taking lots of pictures.
December
Peter and I celebrated 8 years of marriage.
I really love 8's.
Hope you have a great 2008!
