preparing for Halloween

The boys spent the day today with my parents and my dad sent me this pic of them getting ready for Halloween. It made me laugh so hard that I wanted to share.

Wilson's first game

This cutie pie makes me smile! This morning was Wilson's first soccer game of the season.

It is the real deal with a goalie and a ref. Wilson even got a turn at goalie- it made Pete and i a little nervous.

It's crazy to see how much they have grown in the past 2 years, but they are still little guys...for a little while longer.

Dylan also got a try at goalie. He was cutie!

We love our coach! He is so great with the kids.
Fun first day.

Campbell's first game

Now that I am 30 I feel very comfortable saying that time is flying by- it is!!! I felt it tonight because it truly was like yesterday that Wilson had his first soccer game and now it was Campbell's turn.

Campbell is pumped.
He loves being part of the game and seeing his friends.
Tonight we had a quick visit with our friend Drew...he stopped by in the middle of the game...i love these little guys.
THEY ARE SO CUTE!

Campbell's shorts are very big and make him look like he has no legs. This will be helpful as it starts to get cold outside.

2 of my favorite guys looking on.

Wilson and Mimi were also very excited for our little guy.

This is really "the moment" for Campbell. He has been waiting 2 years to get his chance to run through the tunnel.

Campbell's 1st day

On Monday Campbell had his last 1st day of MDO. I can not believe that this time next year he will be a kindergartner. It was a little bitter sweet. Bitter because I can't believe my little guy is so big and next year will have to wear a uniform, but sweet because since Wilson started school 2 weeks ago C has been asking me about school 27 times a day-driving me nuts! It is hard to answer time questions to someone who can't tell time.

I do understand that these pictures are very poorly lit, but this guy was so excited that he was extremely annoyed by the fact that I had to slow us down by documenting this moment (notice the fake smiles.)

He even asked me if I could just drop him off. Seriously? I don't even drop Wilson off...maybe when he is in Junior High.
